Dnica is short from Dominica = sunday
Esto mihi, look from Swedist feast day calendar, year 1682, and you get day 26 February

Is this a Christening date but doesn't tell when he was born?

Yes, in old records only christening was recorded. And like vice only burial was recorded. Birth and death dates were not important for church. Christening and burial involved church and thus there were recorded.
If in no other records, birthday is not mentioned, you can assume , that person was born most likely not more than week before. Children were christened soon after their birth, because if they died before, they thought that those babies were condemned to hell.
