Problems accessing the portal
This was asked to me in a message and I would like to share it here. Please @LarsenChristy1 with your answers as I am just posting her question here.

- As a new Temple and Family History Consultant in my new ward, I'm having trouble accessing the portal for being a helper. I sent the email to the ward member, and she doesn't see a way to grant permission. On my end it says "waiting for person to grant permission." I know that FamilySearch is changing a lot of things. It used to be so easy to access and see the user's tree. Please help!

Hi @LarsenChristy1 . I just tried to send an email to invite someone to be helped. I was not getting it to send from "Add by Email." I chose "Copy Link" and then put that link in an email to the person. They opened the email and clicked on the link I sent, and it asked them to sign in to FamilySearch. When they did it gave them a screen where they had to click the blue Grant Permission button. The image attached is a combo of where I clicked to copy the link in the Planner and the permission link they received.

I sent another invite and it went through by email.
They clicked on the blue link "Sign in or create an account to grant permission." It sent them to a place to log in and then they saw the above screen where they had to click the blue Grant Permission button.
