The Big Three!
Probably the three biggest family history tools are FamilySearch, Ancestry and FindMyPast, each of which contains billions of records and billions of names, but not all the same records and the same names. Therefore, sometimes you will find someone who is in one tool but not in either of the others. All three are quite user friendly.
