Can anyone help with reading a baptism record?

20 or 28 - If the year is 1819 then the construction of the second digit of the child's record is exactly the same as the second digit in the year entry on the top of the page, which is just a little larger. 8 but more sideways than we would write nowadays. Re the second image I reckon the " P" if it is a P isn't fully formed by the scribe.
An ancestry transcription agrees with the date (8) and has the child's name as "Patt" (similar but more faint than the one in the lower right on the pages supplied). I'm not entirely convinced but it would require the construction of a "letter map" with letters drawn from a few pages of the record. Even then the record might not have a repetition of the writing of the first letter of the name here, and it would take a few careful hours of work. Slow but satisfying. The second letter looks like a lower case "a" so strengthening the claim of the name "Patt". Findmypast transcription also agrees on the first name (Patt) and the date (28 Jun 1819) but I would like to see supporting evidence like a census or marriage record. Its a little vague. Mind you - inverting the image does allow a little more confidence in the name being "Patt", its the forming by the scribe of the first letter which is a little short. But its not Matt, Natt, . Id run with Patt but look for some more confirmation.
Hope that helps
