Need some help interpreting/reading this birth record.

I've recorded this child in FS as Sven Tage Yngbe Karlsson. Born march 12, 1929 in Skånings-Åsaka, Skaraborg, Sweden.

I don't think that is the correct spelling of his name. Also, What last name would he take if he was born in 1929? Would it simply be Eriksson like is farther or the patronymic of his father's first name? I thought that stopped by 1929?

The name should probably be Sven Tage Yngve and the last name of the father. You are right, Sweden did stop using patronymics.
