Translation for Christmas postcard
Hello,
I am hoping someone can translate this postcard from my grandmother Lisbeth (in Oakland) to her mother-in-law. I think it is basically holiday greetings and something about her baby (she was 8 months pregnant when she sent this card) but I cannot read all of the words. Thanks for any help.

Hi there, This one is not easy, It seams like it partly writen in dialect or realy bad spelling as what I can read.
" Turen hjärtliga julhälsningar från Oakland Baby Päeran ränskie till mormor George + Lisbeth
Hälsa Tyckor"
The words that dont make sence are in " "
"Turen" heartwarm christmas greetings from Oakland, Baby "Päeran" "ränskie" till mormor
George + Lisbeth greatings to Tycko

I will start by saying that I am not an expert in Swedish, but I think the Swedish reads:
Turen hjärthiga julhälsningar från Oahland. Baby hälsar pärtkil till mormor. George + Lizbeth, Hälsa Tyckor
And I think it may translate to something like:
Happy Christmas greetings from Oakland. Baby greets grandma sweetly. George + Lizbeth, Cheers Tyker
I don't know what Tyckor means.

Thank you very much. I was able to get the translation and you are almost exactly correct. Tycho is the name of the recipient’s husband.
