Danish parish record translation help needed
Can someone help translate these remarks entered into a registry of birth in a Danish parish record?

Moderen 29 Aar gl. ophaldt sig 10 M(aa)n(e)d. d_ før _____________ i Altona. Anmeldt d(en) 13 Juni.
Translation:
The mother 29 years old resided 10 months before _____________ in Altona (a parish in Schleswig-Holstein, now part of Germany). Reported the 13th of June.
I am unable to make out the one word. It could be a place in Altona or it could be a word meaning "birth", but I don't recognise it. It looks something like "Nedk__ __ sten". "Nedkaste" is a Danish word meaning to cast or throw down-so it could, somehow, refer to giving birth.

The missing word is nedkomsten = (child) delivery.

I can make out some of it but not all.
Could you supply a link to the record? It sometimes helps to be able to compare handwriting in other entries.
