Leige, Belgium- all cities missing from standardized place name options

I have done a couple batches from Belgium now and all the cities so far in the Family Search "Standard" place name exclude the city/town name. It suggests Liege, Belgium as the standard for all of these "Town, Liege, Belgium" places. I have just been skipping these. But that needs to be corrected, or we are losing information for people.

    Can you please provide us a list of those missing? We do see many places under Liege.
