His mother is apparently the unmarried Maren Bertelsdatter but of the men listed who is her unmarried father?

First record - Birth: 23 May 1863 in Ålborg, Name: Christen Nielsen Feldtmose, baptized: 3 January 1864, Parents names: Mother unmarried Maren Bertelsdatter, 23 years, father Bertel Larsen in Horsens, child father soldier Niels Peter Feldtmose

Second record - Birth 5 August 1865, Name: Bertel Lauritz Feldmose, baptizede at home 8 December 1865, Parents names: Unmarried Maren Bertelsen and child father Niels Peter Feldtmose

The key seems to identify the * as a designation for being born in the parish
