The child is Randi. The parents are Anfind Roaldset (Roalsen?) and Karen Eriksdatter.

It looks to me like the father's name in the census has been mis-read by the indexer. In the original record, his surname looks like Roalsen. You can click on the link "See scanned version" to see the original record.
