Binningen BL - marriage - 1720 - Erler&Weitnauer
I am referring to the original question on https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/133142/help-translating-names-in-marriage-record. By viewing the entire page online I can confirm that the marriage date was 17 June 1720 in Binningen St.Margarethen.
I then have checked the Lotz collections - incl. Weitnauer: https://query.staatsarchiv.bs.ch/query/detail.aspx?id=430958. Lotz also gives Wittnauer as alternative spelling - confirming my assumption, that Wittnauer (record 1720) is identical to the modern spelling Weitnauer.
Weitnauer is also the spelling used in the register entry for the marriage 1720 on http://dokumente.stabs.ch/view/2010/JD-REG_6e_2_03/#264: parish given is "St.Marg(arethen)" - which is Binningen.
The couple is also mentioned in the Historische Personendatenbank Basel (http://www.seelentags.de/HiPeBa/):
No info on Anna Magdalena Weitnauer's ancestors, but some limited info on Jeremias Erler:
