Illegitimate Son
Nestor Johnson was born October 2, 1878 in Karvia. He was the illegitimate son of Wilhelmina. From his birth record, I was able to trace Wilhelmina back to her parents and siblings, but Nestor is not listed. She married on July 3, 1880 in Karvia to Johann Jakobson. They had 4 children. Nestor is not with them. There is no mark on his birth record indicating he died. I searched death records in Karvia for 1878 and he is not there. What might have happened to Nestor?

According to the communion records for Karvia he died 3 November 1878. The communion records for Karvia for this time period are available through a paid subscription to FFHA (Finland's Family History Association) or on microfiche at the the Family History Library in Salt Lake City.
