I have a death record for Anna Brita Persdotter on 17 February 1804 in Motala. I am assuming she was born in this parish I do not know for sure. I think she was born about 1832 but I am struggling to read the records. Please help me find her birth record.

    There is a possibility of your Anna Brita Persdotter's birth on 2 June 1734 (christened 5 June) here (bottom entry, left page): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0017123_00104#?c=&m=&s=&cv=103&xywh=78%2C2790%2C3813%2C2044.

    She is born in Börka (possibly the Björka in the death record) to Pär Davidsson-no mother is listed. If she was born and died in Börka/Björka, then there is a good possibility that this is her in the household records married to Nils Adamsson (1779-1781): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0017049_00030#?c=&m=&s=&cv=29&xywh=487%2C109%2C3196%2C1677

    and here (1782-1784): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0017049_00090#?c=&m=&s=&cv=89&xywh=290%2C168%2C3539%2C1857.

    Again, none of this is proof that she is the correct Anna Brita Persdotter-just a possibility.

    @Norm Baker

    Those are the two clerical surveys I have. On her person page 17 October 1758 is given as her marriage date.

    Does this look like it could be her?

    I believe it is probably her. His surname, Biörk, probably indicates that he was a soldier-Biörk, Björk and Björkman show up as soldier names in Motala parish. The marriage record says he came in from Ärfvestedby (Ervasteby) which is in Motala parish.

    @Norm Baker

    I do know from his death record that he was in the Calvary. Hopefully I can find some military record of him.
