Good morning. I have not had occasion myself to take advantage of moving out records. I am helping a friend, and there appear to be 2 different Niels Jorgensens in Horne, Svendborg, Denmark who were both born in the 1805-1807 time frame.

What is the information in the columns in this entry for a Niels Jorgensen who moved from Horne in 1837?

Thanks in advance!

The columns report information as follows:

    Column 1: Entry no. - 41

Column 2: Name and birthplace - Niels Jørgens(sen) Horne

    Column 3: Age - 32

Column 4: Occupation - night watchman at Steensg(aard)

Column 5: Where he is moving to and when - to Steensgaard 19 November 1837

Column 6: Number of entry in the Jevnførelses register for 1837 - # 179

Column 7: Remarks - this column is blank

For information on the Jevnførelses (Jævnførelses) register see this in the Danish/English wordlist: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Danish_to_English_Genealogical_Word_List#J.

Krabsen's place name database has several places called "Steensgaard/Steensgård". I will attach a screen shot of the search results.

I forgot the link to the Jævenførelses register: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=414406#414406,76379793.

Unfortunately, there isn't any valuable information here, as is often the case, but it is sometimes useful to check it out. This simply refers back to the record you already have: entry #41 in the moving-out book for 1837.
