The Hebrew on it isn't super clear just because of the way the stone has weathered, but I can kind of tell what's going on in the middle at least--it states here that his Jewish name was Shmuel (a variation of Samuel). it says that he was the son of Yakov Yehudah, and then it provides a date in the Hebrew calendar for his death and an abbreviation referring to 1 Sam 25:29, which is usually interpreted as "May his soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life."
