Evangelische Kirche Vinkovcze (Slavonien) Kirchenbuch, 1832-1944
The evangelical Vinkovci church book films have not been digitized and one cannot get images through the record look up service. These records do not appear to be at archion.de. Is there a way to access these records (without traveling to Salt Lake City or Stuttgart, Germany)?

These records, like all records in the Catalog, have been digitized. However FS lacks permission from the record custodians to publish them online. Note that when there are multiple "Items" on the same film, FS must have permission for ALL the items. Additionally, ALL the records need to be old enough for privacy laws to not apply. If even one record on a film cannot be legally published, the entire film cannot be published: it's "All or Nothing".
I note the existence of 1944 baptism records, I don't know what the privacy laws of Austria say, but it probably won't be until 2044 at the very earliest that these records can be published.
One day FS may be able to break up films into smaller units and publish the ones they can, and leave the rest unpublished. But that could be years away.
I suggest you will have to contact the churches and ask about alternative ways to view the records.
