@Madeleine Barry Since there's no description of what's supposed to be written down in each column, this is a bit difficult to do. The description may likely be found some pages back but this is probably what the entries mean:

The child's name is Urbanus (Urban), the parents are probably Michael Stark, teacher in Hofstetten, District Kipfenberg, and Elisabetha Bock, a miller's daughter from Haug, (unwed). (Because the mother's not married, the child was born illegitimately, see the note above the name 'illeg.')

The child was born on Jan 23rd 1839, at 9 o'clock in the morning and baptised on the same day at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The midwife (Hebamme) Maria Anna Bohner is likely the godparent.
