The locality in the marriage record is the Anna's residence when she marries. It is not necessarily her birth place. The place is Röste (a village or farm) in Bollnäs parish.

The household record showing the family is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0030553_00056#?c=&m=&s=&cv=55&xywh=484%2C143%2C3607%2C1913. The household record says that Anna is born in Alfta, a neighboring parish, but this is incorrect because her birth record is not in the Alfta parish records.

The household record indicates that the father, Lars Larsson was born in Sverdsjö (Svärdsjö) and that the family moved into Bollnäs from Sverdsjö (Svärdsjö) in 1803.

Looking in Sverdsjö (Svärdsjö) birth records, you will find Anna's birth record here (top entry on the left-hand page): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0014072_00267#?c=&m=&s=&cv=266&xywh=158%2C382%2C4399%2C2755.
