Annotations
How do you add annotations to multiple page documents in FT Memories? The 3 dots at the top show it as an option.

@Marti Pike According to this Help Center article about Memories, Annotations are titles, descriptions, and events. I am not seeing the black bar you show in your screen shot, but it looks like you selected to see the annotations on the memory but could click to remove the check mark and not see the annotations.

The black bar only comes up if you are adding multiple pages as when you create a Google Doc and save it with pdf and add it to Memories. I would like to add annotations but don't know how.

I figured out how to make the "2 page view" come up without the three dots. Here are the instructions I left my family...
Description Edit Delete
In the black bar at the top of the screen, click on the (-) minus sign until the pictures are at 50%. Then click on the double chevrons at the right in the black bar. Select "odd spreads" in the pull down menu. This should allow you to see the front and the back of the photos at the same time. You can always increase the percentage for a more detailed look of any picture.

I don't know why the symbol in the right of the black bar changed from three dots to two chevrons except for these programs do change a lot...usually for the better. When the three dots disappeared, so did the annotating option.
