Is he in Family Tree? If so, what is his ID number? Can you give more information about him? There are dozens of places in Norway that sound a bit like Road when you say them, but none of them are spelled that way.

Hi. Do you know approximately where they came from? The West, East, North, South side of Norway??
Some suggestions:
There is a place called Loberg in Luster, now Vestland county
There are several places called Leberg in Melhus in Trøndelag. That is in the middle of Norway. https://www.norgeskart.no/#!?project=norgeskart&layers=1002&zoom=12&lat=7013493.04&lon=264700.42&markerLat=7013938.645462804&markerLon=262683.3048177045&p=searchOptionsPanel&sok=Leberg,%20Melhus
There are no place called Road. BUT Roan is not far from Melhus
But as Gordon Collett points out, there are several places that can fit.
