Kirchdorf - baptism -1751 - Streit - Witnesses' occupation, surnames and place name?
The record is from FamilySearch Tauf-Rodel, Staatsarchiv Bern, K Kirchdorf 3, on page 29, year 1751, 1st entry on the left for Maria Streit.
I just need help with the witnesses:
The occupation of the 1st witness and confirmation of the surnames and residence of the 2nd and 3rd witnesses.

Translation of witnesses:
Honorary? [Thode lists h.c. as honoris causa?] free [or frei? What could this mean?] sergeant [or court usher] Christian Krebs.
Anna Freÿ [Freÿ seems to be her surname but the same word used with the 1st witness seems to be part of his occupation?] Ulli Matthÿßen's wife, resident in the Limpach.
Anna Äbersow [there is no match for this surname or her husband's surname in Surnames Register], Hans Wengers' wife, citizen of Kirchdorff.

I would interpret the character above Par as a symbol - don't know for what, however. "Secret symbols" are often used to mark children conceived before marriage - which is not the case here (you had another baptism 2 years earlier)
What looks like "HC" is an abbreviation for "Herr" (don't ask how it has evolved), indicating a man of some standing, like the administrative position of Freiweibel. https://digital.idiotikon.ch/idtkn/id15.htm#!page/150123/mode/1up gives some explanation, summarized - an inferior position.
You didn't find Äber… due to a combination of modern spelling and the search technique: searching for a and ä you will get hits with both, irrespective of your search letter. Nowadays capital characters (like Ä) are not used in Swiss names, however - Ä will be replaced by Ae … and this is not found when you search for Ä. So Äbersold is spelled Aebersold today.
Wenger is a fairly common name in canton Bern - just no longer listed with Kirchdorf.

Thank you answering all of my questions, which is very helpful. Also for the link to the page that explains Freiweibel. I translated a tiny bit of information from the page and it seems to describe someone who worked with a court and could have taken care of inmates. That's interesting to know. Thank you again!
