Meaning of military remark, Swedish muster roll
I am trying to understand what this remark means. It is found as a note from the Current General Muster of this soldier. This is his first Muster. So I assume Rekryt approberas means Recruit Approved. I am trying to understand what the phrase: kommerderad vid beväringen
means? Hans Hogman site states Beväringen
"Beväringen" was established in 1812 and a forerunner to the National Service System. Every male between the age of 21 to 25 was required to serve in the military. The first muster for the "beväringen" was held in 1813.

A person called up for military service (drafted) within the “Beväringen” was called a “beväring”. The word “beväring” could be abbreviated to “bev”. Beväringen was an early conscription system
Google translate infers more like "commissioned at enlistment."
This record is 1866. So was this soldier "drafted?" or did he join voluntarily? I don't think he was a commissioned officer, just a regular soldier.
Just wondering how others interpret this?

Google does translate kommenderad as 'commissioned,' but it also offers various related words below the translation window. Among these is draft = kommendera. A dictionary from 1812 calls it a military term meaning "to command, to order," with accompanying German and French definitions along the same lines. I'm not sure where that first 'commissioned' came from, but this sure sounds to me like he was drafted.
