It's very long but the important parts are:

On 10 September 1817 at 10AM (then a bunch of legalese about the official and this couple came into the office of) Pierre Lievens age 31 born in Meire weaver. Son of Jean Lievens who died in Meire 3 Thermidor year 13 (this is the French republican calendar you can look it up in converters online) and Florentine Van Jonge who lives in Meire. (Bride) Jossine Lerminiaux 22, lives and born in Aygem (which must be the way they spelled Aaigem at the time) daughter of Nicolas Lerminiaux (occupation) slate worker and Adrienne de Wolf. (I'm not positive about the W - it might be another letter.) Then there is a bunch of stuff about the dates of the three bans and the witnesses.

Meire and Aygem are old spellings.Nowadays we use Aaigem and Mere; mere is the second part of the place=>
