What is "Legacy NFS Source"?
This document is attached to a profile with the date of death. However I cannot view the document. What is this file about?

The link you have provided is to the Sources page (there are 9 sources) in FamilySearch.org for Joaquim Bernardes da Costa Barros. To view an individual source, click on the blue “View Source” button underneath each source. If you click on the “Details” button in the left corner under his name, it will take you to a page that provides Joaquim’s Vitals (e.g., birth, christening, death, burial) and Family Members (e.g., spouse, child, parents, siblings) and links to the family members. Hopefully, this helps.
Good Hunting!

NFS stands for New Family Search, the most recent predecessor to Family Tree. It's source system was very different than Family Tree, never worked very well, and was not used much. When all the data from New Family Search was imported into Family Tree, bits and pieces of sources and notes could only be pulled over as these Legacy NFS Sources.
Rarely do these have any useful information. What you see in the source:
is all the information there is. There is no document or anything else further attached or associated with this source.
The vast majority of these are totally useless and very safely just be detached. You should detach this one so the next person to come a long will not be confused by it as well.
