Why can't I sign into my bookscan account?
I am a volunteer book scanner in the Burbank, CA Digital Library Partner, SCGS. I can no longer sign in to be able to scan books at www.bookscan.churchofjesuschrist.org. I can still login to my Family Search account (it was set up with the same user id & password for both accounts). This all started back in the April/May timeframe.
Any others having this issue?
