Need help with translation from old Swedish

I would like to know if this record is showing the marriage between Peder Andersson & Elsa Nilsdotter 1681. The record in question is on the right page top of page just under the date 1681:

I would like help with the date and understanding the language.

Thank you for any help.

Yes, that is the couple getting married.

Transcription: Dnica [Dominica] 2da Epiphania blef Peder Anders. och Else Niels daatter viede.

Translation: Sunday, 2 post Epiphania [a moveable feast day; in 1681, this was 16 January; see linked] were Peder Anders[son] and Else Nielsdatter married.
