Can anyone translate this moving in and out record?

Hi, Can anyone translate this record from Kärrstorp, Sweden? It looks like my ancestor, Nils Tell, on line 39, is going to Ystad in 1838 but I cannot read the small writing and am unclear whether this record mentions his military status.

    The ranker major Nils Tell moved to Ystad, yes, but I can´t read the text in the column tothe right

    I enlarged the notes portion of the earlier above moving out record. Does that make it legible?
