Sterling family emigrated from Germany to Colombia

I am looking for information about our ancestors emigrated from Germany to Colombia, more exactly to the region of Huila, before 1869. We know, Tobias Motta was the son of Francisco Motta, who was married to a German woman with her surname Sterling.

I will appreciate any help from you to get information about this German woman.
