I'd like to "authorize my account" for the family tree feature please

When trying to access my family tree I was told to come here and ask for my account to be authorized for use in Japan. Sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking for that. If so, just point me the right way, please.

    In Japan, only authorized users can access FamilySearch Family Tree. To become an authorized user, please contact FamilySearch Support.

    Indexing is independent from Family Tree. Indexing does not require authorization. Users can go to FamilySearch and begin indexing immediately.

    Your account has been activated for use in Japan. It should be ready to go in about 30 minutes from now.
