Help reading Seaman's House entry

You may have already figured this much out, but what think I can see is this:
The line that has the date "1843" at the beginning may read "född i ___________ (if this is Finland this could be Kimito-but it is really too blurry to be sure) 21 år ogifte". I would translate that as "Born in __________ 21 years (old) unmarried".
The next line, I really can't make out anything that makes sense to me. The word under "1843" could be "April"
Is there more on the image? There may be some clues in other parts of the document.
