    Why does my search yield dates from 1800's when I specified birth year range 1920-1925?

    It may be that there are no records available from the time frame you selected. When that happens, the system provides records that match from outside that time frame unless you mark the exact box.

    ”unless you mark the exact box” There is NO exact box for date range. No matter what dates you put in the search boxes you get a whole lot of results you don’t want. Why ask for date ranges if they don’t work? It’s infuriating.
