  1. Please state the parish where the record is found.
  2. State the name(s) of the principal(s) in the record.
  3. If the image is attached, attach the link to that image, if possible. Please post the entire image instead of a "snippet." This helps the translator see the whole context and offers more material for comparison with the scribe's style of writing.
  4. Attach one image per translation request.
  5. Once the request is posted, please review it to (a) make sure it makes sense to the reader; (b) the image is attached; and, (c) the image is legible.
  6. Please translate as much as you can about the record. We will then check it and fill in the blanks.
  7. Please, remember to thank the Responder.
  8. If you like the response, give the Responder a "Like".
  9. If the response answers your question, please mark the response "Answered".

Thank you very much!! PaulaAnn :) Edited by Betseylee Browning

First time requesting assistance in translation. Entry is from the baptism book on Matricula (data.matricula-online.eu/en) Link is https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/oesterreich/wien/08-alservorstadtkrankenhaus/01-039/?pg=138. Entry is for Maria Theresia born 02 Nov 1838, mother is Theresia Sladeck. It's the godparents (?) section that I need the translation help. Starts with another Theresia but then I'm lost.

    Thank you in advance.
