The image comes from an alpabetical index of church records in Nivelles. Most Belgian church records were indexed in this way.
The original church records can be found in the FS Catalog: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/212450?availability=Family%20History%20Library
Note that there were several parishes whose records were indexed together, so you need to search each parish.
