Can someone translate this birth record [#168 for Secundino Maximiliano ]

I have his WWII draft registration where he claims his birth date was 14 Nov 1909. This seems to contradict that; am I correct in that? This seems to say 14 Jan 1910- am I reading that right?

I am very interested in what this record says after the birth date is shown.

    Act #307, 1910 (all that is filled in in the top information)

    that the said man born in the house of the declarant (person giving the information) on 14 of Jan at 12 of the night

    That he is legitimate son of Maximiliano Ramirez, native of Guaynabe, of the profession comerciante (retailer?), of 60 years and of his wife Carmen Benet, native of Guaynabo, of 20 years of age, dedicated to the labors of her sex & living together in this capital.

    That he is the grandson of this line Paternal: Maximiliano Ramirez & Regina [blank space instead of surname] natives of Guaynabo. Maternal: [blank given name] Benet, of Asturias & [blank given name] Benitez, of Guaynabo.

    And they have said that they have given him the name of Secundino Maximiliano Ramirez.
