Need Translation
Can someone please translate the second entry for this birth record. ancestor Jacob Vlazny is mentioned. Do you know if it is his signiture? Why is he mentioned in the record? What is he attesting too? This is a mystery that I would love to solve!

@WilliamsKatrina1 I'd say, he and the other man are both svědek(y), that is witnesses, to the fact that the child was legitimized by subsequent marriage. What I can make out on the left of the names reads “Legit. per subseq. matrim.“ (and possibly: 'ut Mat. eq.' but I don't know what those abbreviations stand for. 'Mat.' might be 'mother')
