In the attached marriage entry, Joannis seems to have two last names: Fagt and Ruzek. Am I interpreting this correctly?

The date is 29 July 1759

Praedium means "estate," and Ruzek is the name of the estate or rural settlement. A village or rural settlement used to be referred to as villa, locus, terra, possessio or praedium in Latin. Johannes is the legitimate son of farmers from Lower Bříza ("coloni in inferiori Břziza legitimum filium").

Barbara's father, on the other hand, has two surnames: Georgius Rziha seu Noweg (Georgius Rziha or Noweg).
