Two critical words in a 1751 marriage record in Mühlhofen in the Pfalz. The first has something to do with performing or announcing, whereas the second is the groom's father's occupation. I am assume the first couple of words in that bit are "b: [burger] alhier" followed by the occupation of scheler or something of the like. Thanks for clarifying!

    Der 26tn Jan: Soÿnd?? nach Vorhregegangener 3 mahlign Proclamation Copuliert worden Philipp Jacob, Phillip Roeller, B: alhier scheler?? sohn und Anna Maria, weÿl Mathes Mantzer, geweßenen Einwohneren alhier ledige tochter.

     Translation:

    1751

    The 26th Jan xxx after previous banns three times were married Philipp Jacob Roeller, son of Phillip Roeller, [middle class] citizen here and ??, and Anna Maria, unmarried daughter of the late Mathes Mantze, former resident here.
