Martin Hausecker's occupation is Schultheiß or mayor.

(2) For Georg Christian Meister, what is written to the left of "bauer" (farmer, I know that one :)?

Georg Christian Meister is Gemeindepfleger u. Bauer. Gemeindepfleger means treasurer of the community.

(3) And, what about the brides? What is that after burger (citizen)?

The brides are called Bürgertochter, citizen's daughter.
