Can't attach records to ancestors

Lately when I have tried to attach record matches to ancestors it brings Souce Linker screen used to attach records but it keeping saying it is analyzing records and then matching records to relatives but no names of ancestors are showing and the no records details are shown either

It sounds like your browser has "helpfully" saved a malformed page or file, causing Source Linker to fail. Easiest test is to try it in a different browser. If it works there, then some "housekeeping" in your usual browser should help: clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Our first step when the features are not working properly in FamilySearch is to delete all cookies and temporary files stored by our internet browser. Over time, a large cache of temporary files and cookies accumulates and can cause problems when you use the FamilySearch website.
