    some of the names are difficult to read, but the mother's surname is certainly "Wever".

    Hi Ulrich...as alway thanks so much. Many have spelled last name as Weber instead of Wever or Wewer, so the FS Tree contains a myriad of mixups!!

    Maria Catharina Wever is referred to as "born in the Hof" in some records, so will explore Niedenhof for more clues...this is my mtDNA line.
