What farm does Ane come from?

Even if you are not familiar with Trondenes farm names, what do the letters look like? Does it begin with a G?

I believe it says "Sammesteds," meaning "of the same place"--in this case, Kaltdalen.

I would agree with Charlotte Noelle that it reads "Sammesteds." If you look through the rest of the page, this is the only christening record that records a mother. That is because the child is uægte. Do keep in mind, that these birth records do not record where the parents are from, just where they are currently living.
