Please help translating the blue lined lines

Hello @Shari Russell,
It's not clear to me where the first blue arrow is pointing. I think it's the line which begins with the word "wohnhaft". If so, this line translates as: residing in Templin on Vietmannsdorfer Way [= a street name in Templin].
The line with the second blue arrow translates as: at 5:30 am a boy
