Translation assistance needed
Would someone please translate the baptism record for Catha Csevak. She is located on the 10th row up from the bottom of the right side of the record.
Her fathers name was indexed as Joan. I believe it to be John but need someone who can verify or disprove my belief. Also, the translation of the full line would be greatly appreciated.

As Kamilla implies, "Joan:" is an abbreviation for Joannes = John. (The register is in Latin, which means that all of the given names are written in Latin.) While it's missing the abbreviation mark, "Catha" is also clearly abbreviated, from Catharina, and the godfather's name, written as "Step:", is Stephanus.
The Hungarian genealogy society's word list defines inquilinus as "zsellér", and the Hungarian Science Academy's dictionary translates that as "cotter".
