I search Leonie Schacherl
Leonie Schacherl born on January 14, 1896 in Vienna. Mother is Franziska Schacherl, father unknown.
In 1915 Leonie is in Pozsony, Szentistvankut, which is now called Studienka / German Hausbrunn.
Leonie left Judaism on October 22, 1919
Who can help me to find more information. In which books can I find her?

I'm guessing that your two data points come from GenTeam's indexes? Although those make no mention of Haszprunka/Szentistvánkút/Studienka, so maybe not...
In any case, GenTeam's Overall Search gives two matches to Leonie Schacherl, one a birth in Vienna, the other an "exit" (Austritt = resignation), also in Vienna (near as I can tell).
The birth:

I believe this is referring to the second entry on this image: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSDY-G398-Z?i=67&cat=196164. There's a note in the margin; it starts with an abbreviation that I can't figure out, and then the number 989/96. I would guess this refers to an addenda-booklet, which I have not been able to track down, but it's probably on FS somewhere.
The "exit":

There's an index that I believe is referring to the same entry (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-L1KJ-3NQ?i=78), but I haven't been able to find the actual document on FS. I think it may be from a book, a follow-up volume to the one referenced here: https://www.genteam.eu/index.php?option=com_ikg_austritte&view=all&Itemid=48&lang=en.
I'm pretty sure I haven't told you anything you didn't already know, for which I apologize.
If your information about Haszprunka is correct, then FS has some Roman Catholic records from there (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1467789), but that may not be of any use to you. Dvorzsák's gazetteer indicates that back in the 1870s, Jewish residents were recorded in Malaczka, but (a) FS doesn't appear to have those records, and (b) it may not have applied any more by 1919. The civil registry office was local in both Szentistvánkút and Malaczka, but unfortunately those records are not online for places that are now in Slovakia. (Civil registration is only relevant to places that were in Hungary: it began there on 1 Oct 1895. In most of Austria, including Vienna, they didn't start until the late 1930s.)

Thank You for thinking along. I still have to read everything. The text at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSDY-G398-Z?i=67&cat=196164 probably belongs to the previous entry. I hadn't seen this one yet.
