There are no birth records available for Lørenskog, Akershus, Norway between 1759 and 1814. Did you get information from somewhere else concerning her and her family?

Norm - I started helping him at the FHC center this week. Family written history puts her father as Ole Olsson but in Family Search her father is listed as Ole Hansson. He would really like to clarify her family - Who her parents were, who her siblings are.

Hi Gayle,
There is a family in Family Search Tree that matches her birthdate and place, but the father is Ole Clausen. She is ID K2M4-NYJ.
Does his (kennethdeanjacobsen) tree on Family Search show a different father? If so, can you share the ID for his Ingeborg Marie Olsdatter?

That is the same Ingeborg. It looks like another consultant from who was trying to help that day made some changes. I haven't reviewed what she has done. Even this is different than his family's written history which states her father was Ole Olsson.
Does Norway do household records like Sweden? All I seem to find are baptism, marriage and death.

To answer your question about household records in Norway, unfortunately they weren't done in Norway. You can see some of the available records on this page in the Family Search Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Norway_Online_Genealogy_Records. Norways censuses were taken regularly but the censuses from 1815 to 1855 are only statistics with no genealogy data in them.
Norway does, however, have excellent farm books which may be of use in this case. I am going to be at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City on Tuesday and I will look to see if there is any useful information in the farm book for Lørenskog. See this article on Norway Farm Books in the Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Norway_Farm_Books.
I have found what appears to be Ingeborg's confirmation record. It lists her father as Ole huusmann. Huusmann is an occupation rather than a surname. The word-list in the Family Search Wiki for Norway gives this definition for huusmann (husmann): "cottager, tenant farmer, share crofter; a person who lived on land without a farm number. Could often use a parcel of land by paying the landowner." It is possible that someone indexing the record thought his name was Ole Hansen.
That confirmation record is here (right-hand page #15): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/754/159. The farm name given in the record as her (and her father's) residence is "Skaarer Ødegaard".
That farm name is the same as the residence given in the marriage of Ole Clausen and Anna Christophersdatter in their marriage record. Anna is a widow who is living at Skaarer Ødegaard when she and Ole marry. That marriage record is here (left-hand page #16): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/7618/30.
An indexed version of the record is here: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/327/pv00000002052280. You can copy and paste information in Google Translate to get a pretty decent translation of anything you can't read.
Also, the marriage record for Ingeborg Olsdatter and Jacob Jacobsen gives his and her residence as Saaraaed: (this residence has been indexed incorrectly): https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/327/pv00000009373488 Looking at the original record, the residence is Skaarer Ødegaard. You can see the original of the record here (entry #20): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/754/145. It is fairly difficult to read, but I am certain of the farm name.
I will let you know if I find any information in the Lørenskog farm book that will be of use in sorting this out.

Thank you Norm. I am so excited to share all this with him. I hope the Family History Library is fruitful. Thank you for all of the documentation. It makes it so much easier to explain.

Correction to "the marriage record for Ingeborg Olsdatter and Jacob Jacobsen gives his and her residence as Saaraaed". Only his residence is named. In the record she is listed as a "sømmersk" which is a "seamstress" but no residence is named for her.

I was able to look through the Lørenskog farm book today. Unfortunately, there was not much genealogical information in it. Some books are very helpful with whole families listed including names and dates of births, marriages and deaths. This was not one of those!
After about an hour and a half of looking, I was able to only find one paragraph that had any information at all. I will attach it along with the title page of the book it is from.
This is the translation of the underlined image 2:"Bollerud. Farmer's widow Dorte Monsdtr. lived there (in Bollerud) from 1794-1798. Then (her) son-in-law took over the farm (he was) Jens Jensen, married with Anne Kristoffersdtr. Anne was married a second time with widower Ola Klausen from Stensrud Store, (he was) born about 1753 (and) died in 1808, and (Anne was) married a third time with Lars Larsen from Aker."
So, from the farmbook, we are able to deduce that Anne Kristoffersdatter's mother is Dorte Monsdatter.
No children are mentioned from the first two marriages but there are 5 mentioned from the last marriage-Laurits, Anton, Martin, Syvert and Karoline.
I didn't include all the pages before this one, but they indicate that this place, Bollerud, was in a farm called Skårrigård, which also went by the name of Skårerødegård (Skaarerødegaard) which is the name of the farm in the sources mentioned above.
I looked in Stensrud Store for Ola Klausen, but did not locate any additional information about him.

Thanks Norm for taking so much time to help us put this puzzle together.

Thanks, Norm! You've been a huge help! Could you help us find Dorte Monsdatter records of birth and who she married?

I think I can point the way for you.
This is an indexed version of Dorte's death record: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/267/pg00000002415397.
The actual death record is here (right page, #66): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/7618/60.
If you are not familiar with genealogical terms in Norwegian, this word list will be of use: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Norwegian_Genealogical_Word_List#A.
Something occurred to me after I stated that "we are able to deduce that Anna Kristoffersdatter's mother is Dorte Monsdatter". It is possible that Dorte was her step-mother. That seems more likely considering that, according to Dorte's age at her death, she would have been about 57 at the time of Anna Kristofferdatter's birth.

Looking at Anne Christophersdatter's death record, I think you have the wrong year for her birth. That record is here: (entry #21) https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/545/277. She was 84 at the time of her death in 1849, so she would have been born about 1765. That fits better with Dorte Monsdatter being her mother rather than a step-mother (although, step-mother is still a possibility).
Also her death was on 27 March 1849 and her burial on 5 April of the same year.
