Help translating a birth record for Johanna Luise Mewes from Steinhofel, Brandenburg

Need help translating a birth record for Johanna Luise Mewes from Steinhofel, Brandenburg.

From the death record for Johanne Luise nee Mewes Schulze, I was able to calculate an approximate birth date of 25 Apr 1790. 

From her marriage record she was 19 years old in 1809 and her father was Michael Mewes.

What I need is verification that this is Johanna Luise Mewes. Also need her parent’s names and father’s occupation and the birth & baptism dates.

The birth is the 2nd birth on the left side of the document.

Translation:

On the 18th of April [1790] to the master linen weaver Michael Mewes from his wife Marie Elisabet Müll(e)rin a daughter was born, who on the 25th of the same month was baptized and named Johanne Luise.

Baptismal sponsors: (1) the farmer Friedrich Hamer. (2) Mrs. Marie Christine Hein, née Belch. (3) Martin Eichstädt. (4) Mrs. Luise Keisten?, married name Hamer. (5) Mrs. Dorothee Hartwig, née Mewes.
