Sigrid Margareta is clearly listed as a foster daughter. There is a note which talks about her mother and maybe her father. I am struggling to clearly know what it says.

The note begins by reporting she is the illegitimate daughter of Sigrid Kjellberg and Carl Henrik Carlsson. It ends with something that I don't understand the meaning of. I think it reads "som okänt (okänd) sig hens fader". It may mean she (Sigrid Margareta) isn't aware of who her father is.

However, her father, Carl Henrik Carlsson is listed on her birth/christening record. See that record here (entry #259): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/F0003005_00104#?c=&m=&s=&cv=103&xywh=571%2C1580%2C3434%2C1844.

Thanks. The last part of the note was really confusing. Thanks for helping with the translating. I was also struggling to find her birth record, so this is a gold mine. Now I can begin to put things together.

That makes much more sense. I as I looked at the birth record in color I could clearly see the father's name was added later. There is a note about him on the birth record. I know the Sigrid Margreta is found on page 302 in the book 1901-11. I am not sure what is says after fader and what rad. 20 is.

Rad 20 refers to line 20 in your original record. That is the line that Sigrid Margareta appears on.
