Here are some of the important details in the record:
Place of registration: Wizna
Date of registration: 15/27 March 1898 (two dates because both Julian and Gregorian were recorded - read more about it here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Julian_and_Gregorian_Calendars) at 8 am.
Father: Jozef Korzep, laborer, age 40, resident of Wizna
Mother: Emilia Bujnowska (feminine version of Bujnowski), age 38
Child: Jan, born yesterday (so would be 14/26 March 1898) at nine in the evening. He was baptized the 15/27 March.
There are also names of witnesses and godparents. Would you like those as well?

Here are the witnesses that went with the father to testify the birth of the child: Jakob Piotrkowski, age 47 and Mateusz Trepanowski, age 36 both church servants in Wizna.
The godparents were Leopold Ostrowski and Julianna Ostrowska.
