This is a marriage record, 1845, Sugenheim. I understand the top item (column header) is "Stand der Mutter; Religion". I don't recognize the word below - looks like an "M" but also looks like an "S" plus something else.

    Do you have a link to the record? The words below are "Wie ihrem," meaning "like hers"--what it's referring to will need to be determined through the context of the rest of the record; this is one reason it's always helpful to include the link to the image online whenever possible.

    @Charlotte Noelle Champenois , Thank you. I'm sure you are correct, except that it probably means "like his," meaning the father's religion in this case. The page has columns with headings for the bride and groom. In this case, it means the bride is the same religion as the groom.
