I am reviewing extraction that was already done by a computer. The boxes that highlight the word we are reviewing interfere with reading the word, especially the ones that have 4 white vertical lines going through a single letter, an initial, that I am trying to extract

It has been suggested in another thread that we click on the rotate tool found under the Toggle control button in the top right corner of the image window. When the box rotates it often lets us see what was under it.

I have also seen it suggested to minimize the image a bit. That will sometimes pull the box off the name.

When ive found that the fields are too complex and it selects too many overlapping areas, ive flaged it as 'not a name'. Then as it goes on, it fixes itself and focuses cleaner on the actual names, instead of the spaces between, off the edge, etc

I hope that this is ok

However, the name still clearly appears to be "A.L.Wetzel" - where does the "&" come from? Has someone inputted this as part of the exercise? No, sorry, I assume that's how the computer has indexed it. Shows I'm yet to "get involved".
